How Does It Work?

Once a month, you'll receive a special collection of brand name hygiene products, plus bonus items, delivered right to your doorstep (or dorm room). While you’ll always have the essentials you need, no two months are the same because we source new and different products to keep each shipment fresh. The subscription term is month-to-month and will auto-renew unless you choose to cancel your shipment. 

Where do we ship?

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

When do WhistleDrop Boxes ship each month?

WhistleDrop Boxes that are ordered by the end of the previous month will ship by the 20th of each month. You should expect delivery around the first of each month.

Can I send a WhistleDrop Box to multiple different people? 

Yes, you can! If you would like to order more than one subscription intended for different recipients, you will need to submit your orders one at a time. 

How can I cancel my subscription? 

If you ever need to close your subscription, you can cancel anytime by accessing Your Account, selecting the subscription you wish to cancel, clicking cancel subscription and confirming.

Can I suspend delivery for a short period of time? 

If you would like to suspend delivery, please email us at help@whistledrop.com with the details of your request, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

I forgot my password!  

Click here if you've forgotten your password—you'll receive an email at the address associated with your account and then you can reset your password. 

Are there any shipping costs? 

USPS Ground shipping is included in the price of your WhistleDrop purchase.

How do I change a shipping address? 

You can change all shipping addresses by accessing your WhistleDrop account and editing the shipping address for the person receiving WhistleDrop deliveries.

Can I choose the products in a WhistleDrop box? 

No, you cannot choose the products that are in a WhistleDrop box. We’ve designed each WhistleDrop box to deliver essential hygiene products, but we are committed to producing a unique selection of brands each month to keep each delivery fresh. Plus, every box will include bonus items! 

When will I be billed? 

Monthly subscriptions will be billed upon the initial purchase of the plan, and bill once every month thereafter. Cancel any time by the end of the month to cancel your next month’s order. Payment of gift certificates occurs immediately. We are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.

I received a WhistleDrop gift card. How do I redeem it? 

You should have received an email with a link to your unique 16 digit gift card code from the person who gave you the gift. To redeem simply enter that code during checkout. 

I don't use certain types of products. Can I opt out?  

At this time you are not able to opt out of certain product categories, but we value your feedback! Please email us at help@whistledrop.com with any questions or comments you may have.  

I’m getting an error message from my promo code.  

Having trouble with a code? Make sure your order meets the code’s qualifications: check the expiration date — if you received this code via email, it will be included at the bottom. Keep in mind that codes may only be used once and  we’re only able to apply one code per order.   Still having trouble? Let us know and we’ll look into it! Please email us at help@whistledrop.com.

Can I cancel or edit my order?   

We're not able to edit orders once they've been placed. If you need to make changes or request a cancellation, please reach out to us ASAP with the details and we'll do our very best to accommodate. 

How do gift cards work?    

Gift cards are sold in increments of $30, $90 and $270. When you purchase a gift card you will receive an email with the digital gift card which you can then send off to the lucky recipient. The recipient will then setup their own account and apply the value of the gift card towards their WhistleDrop subscription. See Gift Card Terms & Conditions for more details. 

Where’s my WhistleDrop Box?    

Still waiting for your WhistleDrop Box? If you received a shipping confirmation email, the tracking number and details will be in that email. If you did not receive a shipment confirmation, please email us at help@whistledrop.com and we will look into this for you. 

My WhistleDrop box was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.     

It’s possible that the carrier marked your box as delivered prematurely. If it’s been 3 business days or more since false delivery, let us know so we can take care of it! Email us at help@whistledrop.com Be sure to also check your address to make sure everything’s up to date!

What is the deadline to cancel by each month?

All cancellations and subscription modifications must be made by the end of the month. Any changes made after that will not go into affect until the following month.
